About Sean O’Connor

Physiotherapist BSc in Wicklow, MISCP

Sean qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from Trinity College Dublin. During his time in college, he worked in various hospitals in Dublin and, since graduating, has been working in private practice. He believes in using the most up-to-date scientific evidence as the basis behind his treatments.

Sean has a particular interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, particularly injuries regarding the spine, and a keen interest in sports-related injuries. Due to his background in GAA, he understands the rehabilitation process from both the athlete’s and physiotherapist’s points of view. He has gained experience working pitchside with athletes of all levels in GAA, soccer and rugby. Sean incorporates strength and conditioning principles when developing rehabilitation programmes and believes that this is an integral part of injury prevention and management.
